Proverbs 22:6 says, "Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it." Because of that, we believe that our Kid’s ministry should not just be a glorified day care. We seek to engage our
children with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, teaching them all that the Bible says, instructing them in worship, and having fun to the glory of God.
During Starting Point, you’ll get a chance to meet your pastors, learn about what kind of church we are, and ask any questions you have, such as, What does it mean to be a Christ follower?, Where can I be involved in the church?, and How do I connect to a Bible Fellowship group? Our students meet weekly to study the Bible together. This time is lead by our Associate Pastor Matt Taylor and other passionate leaders in our church who desire to see our students live gospel-shaped lives. Every meeting is filled with heavy discussion in order to give students the opportunity to ask questions and articulate their faith.
Our college students have a regular Bible Fellowship group that meets on Sunday mornings as well as
a focused Bible study group on Wednesday evenings. We believe these years are formative and extremely impactful in the live of these young adults.
The women of NFBC have regular Bible studies on Tuesday evenings. The studies usually last 6 or 8
weeks and involve time of teaching, discussion, and encouragement. Come join us as we seek to be women who love Christ well in all areas of our lives.
